Friends on June 30,2014 we found out that the building we are currently in is going up for auction on July 17,2014.We were totally blindsided by this.We have been renting the building for 3 years.For those that dont know we are a bird rescue,we take in via owner surrender or help in hoarding and abuse cases.It does not matter if the birds are pluckers or have a bad attitude.It does not matter if they have a cage and supplies we take them in.The money we recieve either for adoption fees or donations are put back into the rescue.We have no paid staff,not even the owners we all do what we do for the sake of the birds.
