Gasoline Vapor Design

Looking for a little help getting my idea out to the public. I'm not looking to make a profit. I believe that everyone deserves "less expensive" or "free". I know that you have seen gasoline vapor work on Youtube. Well, I have an idea to put it in vehicles and NOT look like it came out of a hillbillies garage. Testing my idea costs money. I'm starting on small engines and working my way up to a V8. I want to perfect my idea, then give it to the world for free. Again, I'm not looking towards making a profit from my idea.
