Suzy Q's BBQ is currently raising money to begin a mobile food cart business selling smoked brats.  My brats are slow smoked over hot coals with a blend of hickory and apple wood. 

All funds will be used towards creating the business as a whole and in a manner necessary to develop and undertake as such.  Licensure, permits, upgrades to a Chevy s-10 to include, but not limited to, food warmers and auxiliary power unit.  A custom smoker will be welded this month, with the capacity to smoke approximately 150 brats at a time, upon rotation.
