Englewood FD Extrication Trip to England
Donation protected
Englewood Fire Department's Extrication Team has been selected to represent the United States in the World Rescue Challenge. The competition is being held in Moreton-In-Marsh, England October 8-12, 2014. We are the only team representing the United States at the world plateform. We are a team of 6 firefighters that trains and competes in vehicle extrication. Our team donates their time and energy into practices and competing in events around the country. NAVRA, the supporting agency that selected our team, is providing our team entry fee to the world challenge but it is our responsibility to provide airfare, lodging, and transportation. Due to budgetary cuts our department is unable to pay for our trip. We hope that you will help us as we continue to train and prepare to represent America at the World platform.
Thank You,
