ACDC 2015

The 5th Art Career Day Conference (ACDC) is a free full-day conference that provides teens and young adults, 13-25 years of age, with a chance to learn from and interact with professional artists and business experts for guidance and support. Up to 100 attendees will engage with speakers, participate roundtable discussions and enjoy performances by 2015 Teen Star, Sydney Shalhoob and the UCSB Freshman Dance Company. A complimentary lunch will be served including McConnell’s ice cream. The conference fosters support for emerging artists from the local artistic community. We are asking for $3000 in support.  This event is a collaboration of 8 SB Arts organizations led by Art without Limits.   The professional artists and organizations donate their services and most of the food is donated by local restaurants;  however funds are needed for advertising,  food , serving dishes, promotion ,printing,  administrative assistance and more. Be a part in helping to create a future for an aspiring artist.
