Isabella, "Bella" is diagnosed with autism, apraxia, and anxiety. She is nonverbal and utlizes an AAC device. She is gifted to be a great communicator without words but actions. Help her act by your support. I have no idea what Bella wishes. I do know this that Bella would want all family's to have an opportunity to heal. We have never taken this time but now have been given an opportunity to do so with your help. We hope being apart of our jouney extends the gifts to yours.

We (Isabella Coleman-Sullivan and Irene Coleman) have been selected as one of the eight special needs families to be chosen as participants for Integrative Touch for Kids Healing Retreat in Tucson, Arizona on July 13-19th. This is Integrative Touch for Kids 6th Annual Healing Retreat. The retreat will be at Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch Resort

The family is honored to be the only family chosen from the Chicago area. All costs are covered for this once and a life time experience healing retreat except for air travel. Travel costs are $1,200.
This healing retreat is extremely special considering this is not only for the child with special needs but the family.
Here is some information about the healing retreat and who is involved: An integrative healing team of more than 70+ providers volunteer and deliver a range of professional services at each retreat, including:
• Lifestyle and nutrition counseling
• Conventional and integrative therapies
• Art, music, dance, and energy therapies
• Support groups specifically designed for children with special health needs, their parents and caregivers, and their siblings.
Many families with special health needs would have difficulty accessing these healing therapies due to time, financial constraints, and transportation difficulties. Volunteer providers give more than 1,000 hours at each retreat, enabling families from diverse social and economic backgrounds to learn new skills and experience life-changing therapies they might otherwise be unable to access or afford.
Family members participate in the program together, strengthening their interpersonal relationships and fostering communication and understanding.
