Dispatcher's Apartment Broken Into

This afternoon, while serving the citizens of Pearland, Dispatcher Black's apartment door was kicked in and her home cleaned out.  Nobody ever expects to be a victim, and it hits especially hard when you dedicate your life to the public in an attempt to help them in their times of need.  Dispatcher Black comes from a Public Service family; her father, mother, aunt, sister, they all chose to help and now she needs yours.
