A Nu Beginning..Peace not pieces HELP

A Nu Beginning allows "high-risk" youth an opportunity to make money the right way! Youth are taught how to make a legitimate living through means of Ecommerce..They are taken on field trips to local antique malls, thrift stores, recycle centers & more so they can see value in what others may see as garbage. As their minds are opened so are their hearts. A Nu Beginning is growing & going to another level & needs help as we now have a 5 day notice to pay or quit by Nov. 22nd & need $835! . We will be filing for our 501c3 in Jan. 2013 & that costs almost $1500 & we need to make sure that our organization meets federal guidelines. The "shop" is an 1100 sq ft warehouse that houses EVERYTHING from clothes to couches, dressers to dolls, ashtrays to antiques ect to be able to meet the immediate needs of those in the Las Vegas community who may not be able to receive help elsewhere for whatever reasons. In the shop the smaller items are the things the youth use to be able to learn about & list on the E bay store "Treasures out of Darknes". The shop was birthed out of passion & is on the verge of being closed due to financial hardship. God's Way cleaning in Las Vegas is the only real substantial source of funding A Nu Beginning receives outside of what is sold on E bay. We need funds to keep the rent paid & power on throughout the year since the youth are only here for the most part during the summer months. The overhead is $720 monthly. Also we need help getting organized;) As president I have been working diligently on getting all of the by-laws & articles together to be able to be 100% ready to submit a COMPLETE packet to the IRS for our tax exempt status.. When A Nu Beginning began it was because we got tired of seeing our youth die or go to prison during the summer months all because they were trying to "work"/ make it happen even if they had to take LIFE or DEATH chances! Please help us get our ducks in a row to grow so we can reach more youth & bring them Peace not pieces, respect not regret, jobs not jail, pride not prison!

1) We need a website that is high resolution compatible www.anubeginning.org was created by a participant this summer (Alicia) & we were made aware that it is not high resolution.

2. We need a building that is at least 3000 sq ft & includes both office & warehouse space

4. People to list on Ebay during down season

5. executive help..record keeping..forms..ect

We are not an official 501c3 so Donations are NOT tax deductible. If there are any other items or services you wish to help us out with let me know. Our youth are awesome & talented & deserve to have another opportunity to get it right & A Nu Beginning is willing to invest EVERYTHING into them so they know just how much they matter. There are even a few who haven't been paid in full because of financial issues & thought hey aren't worried about it because they understand the struggle, I am because I don't want them to get the impression that the streets pay more & on time but we don't.
