Alicia Joseph’s Summer of Magic

Donation protected
Alicia Joseph is a 16 year old Kwakiutl   woman, originally from Tlowitis First Nation, who was diagnosed with a very invasive brain tumour.

She was first told she was suffering from post concussion symptoms. Yet, after some tests she was rushed to New Westminister for a surgery on May 27th.

They removed a large part of the tumor in hopes of granting Alicia a longer chance of survival. The surgery was deemed successful.

However, after some tests in the last week, Alicia’s tumor had grown back rapidly.

She has been diagnosed 4th stage glioblastoma in her right frontal lobe with only 2 months to live.

This summer, Alicia needs a Summer of Magic. She has things she would like to do to enjoy life while she can.

She he has asked for the following adventures and magic to happen:

A tattoo
Camping trip
Go fishing
Get a nephew from Armstrong (basically her brother)
Visit her sisters
Drive to Kelowna
Lots of good meals
Go to West Ed mall

She is a beautiful young woman who deserves all these things and more.

Please donate what you can and help in giving this young woman her Summer of Magic.
