Amy Michele's writing laptop

I am a writer with a blog (amymichele.net) and I have an ancient laptop (2008) that is very heavy with a battery life of about an hour.  Yes we have replaced the battery and changed a boat load of settings to no avail.  My goal is to be able to purchase a laptop that will be light weight, therefore easily portable, with a long battery life so I can write wherever and whenever the mood strikes me. 

My long term plan is to write a book, while living in France.  Writing being my employment while in country, so my blog has been my first of many steps to get there.  I have found writing to be a vehicle for expressing so much, that I am really struggling being tied to only writing in one location at home or in limited spurts of time.  It would mean the world to me if you would donate a few dollars toward my campaign.  I have indentified that laptop that is exaclty what I am looking for:  Macbook Pro 13.3 inches.  Thank you in advance for your generosity and participation in my dreams!
