A Hero's Home is a project undertaken by Steve Roake, Managing Broker/Owner of Inspire Realty Partners and Homes For Heroes Affiliate as part of the Landmark Self Expression and Leadership Program. The goal of the program is enroll the community in a project that benefits Heroes. A Hero's Home will become a non-profit organization benefitting local Heroes.
I am raising money to help Heroes purchase affordable Housing. Heroes are Veterans, Police, Fire Fighters, Teachers and Medical Professionals. The money will be used to purchase at least 1 distressed home in the community that the Hero serves, rehab the home and then sell the home to a qualified Hero for below market value. This project will allow Heroes who could not afford to live in the community that they serve an opportunity to live in the community.
A Hero's Home will use the money raised as the foundation to help more Heroes with home purchases, moving expenses or other needs.
A Hero's Home will need the funds by September 1st, 2016. I will have a Hero moved into a new home by October 18, 2016.
This project takes my current efforts to help Heroes to a new level and will provide Hero families with help that they deserve.
I'm also looking for people willing to invest in the project with a larger amounts. If you have money to invest or IRA accounts that aren't performing, we can help each other. Please contact me if you'd like to speak about this opportunity.
