Laptop for Schoolwork and Art Projects

Hi, my name is Melina and I am an upcoming freshman in high school. I will be attending an arts school that I auditioned for and got accepted into. I realized exactly after I got the call that I needed something I didn't have at the time and still don't have-which is a laptop. For me, getting into this school was important and I just don't want to wait until the last minute for an assignment or project to come up and not have the proper tools to complete it. Also, I've just felt like I could complete a number of things if I were to have a computer because I'm an artist and inspiration can be fleeting for me sometimes, and you can't exactly do everything on mobile.
