OUR MISSION
Our mission is to create and foster interactive spaces for critical dialogue, debate and participation, and to promote critical inquiry, education and civic engagement in the interest of peace and the advancement of freedoms, justice, and equality.

OBJECTIVES
* Expand programming from 1 hour a week to 2 hours per day, 5 days a week on independent AfrobeatRadio.com.

* Strengthen production and distribution capacity; improve production values, interactivity and collaboration.

* Grow listener base and connect AfrobeatRadio network globally.

AUDIENCE
AfrobeatRadio’s audience is the global multi-generational pan-African audience that is characterized by their strong affinity for African perspectives on global issues. Our audience is cross continental, cross-national and multi-lingual. AfrobeatRadio allows our audience a unique access to a range of global African perspectives that is simply not available anywhere else.

THE AFROBEATRADIO EXPERIENCE
* Topic oriented public affairs radio magazine with a global African perspective. Running weekly on WBAI 99.5 FM NYC Pacifica Radio for 5 years.

* AfrobeatRadio / Afrobeat Journal - Coordinating, gathering, reviewing, presenting and sharing Socio-Political, Cultural & Professional content that include and involve subject matter experts. Afro-centric and globally informed.

* Community Events - Organizing Socio-Political, Cultural & Professional activities involving members of local New York City communities.

* Tools for multi-platform publication, workflow management and audience outreach. ($650/wk.)
