Car repairs and doctor for kids!

We are a family of 8, and right now we need help from a "village". It's hard asking for help because we don't feel it's anyone's responsibility to bail us out. However, I have seen people raise loads of money for all kinds of things with crowd funding, and a family member encouraged us to set it up. I'm happy to provide anyone more more details about our situation if asked. Basically, between brain surgeries and an ICU stay across country, kids with chronic, costly medical conditions, brief unemployment, car repairs, moving expenses once a year when the owners owners decide to sell the house, a recent sudden loss of a necessary income source beyond our control, and now a premature baby (after weekly out of of town medical medical appointments and paying for an apartment close to to the hosital), we can't stay afloat. The past 2 1/2 years have been very tough. We just can't stay on top of these financial hits. As of two weeks ago, we only have one vehicle, and it only seats 5 of the 8 of us. Our youngest has been in the hospital since birth five weeks ago. She was three hours from home and is now 45 minutes from home. The gas alone for commuting adds up quickly. We'll use all monetary donations for gas, medical bills, and toward getting our family vehicle back!
