Kai's New York Dance Opportunity

Hello! My name is Kai Webber I was born and raised in Hilo, Hawaii and I have been a hip hop dancer for over 6 years. I also have experience in contemporary, ballroom, and ballet. In July I plan to attend the Garth Fagen Summer Dance Institute in New York for three weeks. Being able to attend this institute will open many opportunities for me to gain experiences not only in dance but in life and culture as well. I have lived in Hawaii my entire life and being able to leave my home state to pursue what I love will help me grow in many ways. I have been teaching dance lessons to earn money to go to New York, however I have not been able to raise enough for such an expensive trip. After having this experience I plan to use the knowledge that I have learned to give back to my community. Any donations to help support my dream is very much appreciated!
