Adriana's Fight for Love and Life

Hi Family and Friends, 
I'm reaching out to you because I've started a GoFundMe for my fiance;  Adriana Florez-Fino.  She is fighting a battle against breast cancer. 

I am trying to help her cover the cost of her medical treatment  in order for her to get the medical attention she needs.  Monies raised will go towards medical procedures, transportation to local hospitals or in nearby major cities (Bogota) if necessary, and for food and living expenses for her and her two young children. 

Latest update (5/24/18):  Since the PET scan, which showed the cancer had metastasized, Adrian has been undergoing two types of chemotherapy every three weeks for the last few months. However, she has responded very well and we remain very optimistic that she will beat this illness.  We continue to get positive results and encouraging news from her doctors.  The doctors have told her that her cancer is under control and has not spread further; therefor,  they will cut down to one type of chemo which is less evasive but will receive it on a daily basis.  She will also start radiation treatments next week.  She is not "out of the woods" yet so we continue to fight with traditional, alternative, and spiritual (prayer) medicine.  She is a FIGHTER and remains as beautiful as ever in spite of all she has had to endure.

Our plans of having her and her children migrate to the U.S., get married, and become a family are moving forward and the immigration process is coming to an end in the very near future.
