It's MyLisa Flowers-Shipanga, your small business owner. I have teamed up with other entrepreneurs in our area to help make the holidays special for seniors in our community and we need your help. Details: Our small, determined team has adopted two local nursing homes: Cliveden Nursing Home and Maplewood Manor Nursing Home - both located in Germantown, Philadelphia, PA. Our goal is to present each resident with a holiday gift bag containing a hand lotion full of antioxidants, a pair of socks, and holiday candy. We need a total of 365 gifts. Can you please help us?
Your $25 donation will provide three of these special gift sets to a nursing home resident. A $10 donation will help will provide one gift.
The gifts will be hand delivered the week of Christmas. A gift card will be enclosed with your name and/or business. As we've discovered years past, this gift is usually the only gift some of these residents receive for the Holidays.
