Adnan is a 7 year old boy with Cerebral Palsy due to his rapid growth, his single mother is facing difficulties in moving him around. Adnan recently had a fructure due to lack of sufficient equipments and space that would allow him to move from one point to another for example going to the bathroom and his other activities such; preparing him for school is a daily struggle for his mom.
Since their ressetlement to the united states three years ago, Adnan's family had to move to four different houses in hopes of finding a home that will be accessible for him.
Adnan has two other siblings. With all the medical treatments and constant hospital visits and surgeries, his mom Farhia has barely enough time to keep a full time job, therefore she is currently working part time job. Keeping up with the daily expences and paying rent became an increasingly hard thing to do.Even so his mom has a dream of owning a home that they could built in custom made equipment that could help move her son around with ease. Not only would this make her life easier but this will allow Adnan to move much more and with less pain.
The funds raised here would go directly towards building a home for Adnan and his family which they are in desprate need of. Most of rented house doesn't have the amenities that are riquired for a person with disability.
The only way to insure they get what they are looking for is to build it themselves.
