I had a vision (dream) of this place years ago and now am trying to do what that vision told me.
Tipi Wakan Omani will be a lodge for women and children of domestic violence, sexual assault, and chemical dependency. It will incoperate equine therapy, k-9 therapy, traditional Native American therapy, along with western therapy.
To have a healthy family you need a strong foundation. Every family member responds differently to the same trauma. Tipi Wakan Omani will allow each individual identify their needs and explore new positive healthy ways of fulfilling those.
Please help me create positive change on a strong traditional foundation.
