Help my dying brother's wife. Please

My twin brother, Dan Taylor, is on his death bed. When he arrived at the emergency room he had congstive heart failure, kidney failure, liver failure as well as an intestinal problem and later discovered he had e coli. The doctors gave him a 20% chance to survive and later downgraded that to 10%. He has taken a turn for the worse. They are having a hard time keeping his blood pressure stable and he has internal bleeding. The doctors say he will likely not survive this.

My twin brother is half of my soul and we have loved each other unconditionally our entire lives. I have known his wife, Patricia Besaw Taylor and her family since we were teens.

I was diagnosed with PTSD about 9 months ago and my income has been impacted by this. I have helped them both as much as I am able. I hope my friends will be able to help. Even without PTSD this would be hard for anyone to take. I am literally crippled over all of this.

I am begging you all to donate what you can no matter how small and to share this with as many people as you can. This is a desperate situation.
