Alasmar Family Fund

Two of my young friends  (17 and 21 years old) lost their father on Tuesday night in Rahway, NJ.  The Almasar family is one very dear to my heart. I worked with 2 of the older daughter's at one point in my life and they are selfless and heart filled people. Their father was murdered on Tuesday, August 25th when someone decided to set up a robbery and call for a taxi cab that their father was driving for the company he worked for. When their father arrived to the scene the individual did not only attempt to rob him for approximately $60, he also shot fire on Imad Almasar and murdered him in cold blood. Imad supported his entire family which consists of his wife, Ibtesam Alasmar, a selfless and heartfilled woman just like her two daughters, and 10 children ranging from ages 8 to 22. This family is not only suffering the loss of their father and provider, they are also facing financial issues with his loss and trying to continue on with regular life in regards to bills, food, etc. The Almasar family did not ask me to start a fund for them. I chose to because they are good people who did not deserve for this to distraught their family and lose their husband and father. I ask for your help even if it is $5 out of your pocket it will help build for this family and provide them with what they need until they get back on their feet. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

-I am a friend of the family. I worked with two of the daughters within the family for a few years and remain close to them still. We worked together in Edison, NJ where they all reside. I am from and currently live in Woodbridge, NJ. These funds raised will be withdrawled and automatically dropped off to Mrs. Alasmar. Where they will choose to use the funds the way they see needed amongst their family. Most likely food, rent, bills, etc. I will be personally delivering these funds to the family on my next visit to their household.
