Beginning Back on April 1st 2014 My beloved Late Mother Lynda was thrown out of her house By her husbands mother. This caused my mother to have to move her entire 3 bedroom house in a large storage unit setting her back $5000 with no money saved up due to having to pay off over priced lawyer $1000 a month who did nothing to help save her home. The stress from this and dealing with the information her baby sister had stage four cancer was not easy for her. She made a 15hr trip to visit her till shortly after she was turned away and made another 15hr trip to come back to my home. On her trip back she suffered from some kind of Grand Mal Seizure which had her firs hospital stay at a week. Once she was discharged i gladly welcomed her to stay with me and my fantastic roommate. She decided that she was being a burden and despite my efforts to get her and her husband to stay with me went to her best friends home until her condition got worse.

On May15th she was admitted to Abington Memorial Hospital Criterial Care Unit with Pneumonia, a blood infection and kidney failure. They believed her kidneys have hit there point and could no longer function as they should putting her on dialysis. She also was on a number of antibiotis to control her blood infection and her pneumonia. Things were looking good till she one day could no longer breath on her own and was not breathing in enough oxygen. They kept her on this machine for over a week till she again made good signs. These good signs did not last long since she was shortly put back on her breathing machine for the final time. This process was the longest and most difficult to deal with. The doctors could no longer help and she was given the choice to continue to breath on a tube or be let go. My mother lynda decided it was too much for her on june 12th and that afternoon was removed from the machine to rest and move on in peace. My mom has always been a fighter though and held on over 24 hours before she took her last breath on June 13th 2014 at 6:35pm.

Not long after Her Husband took residence at my home since he no longer has a home or his wife. We together made her funeral as beautiful as we could given her as much as she wanted as we could. Not long after her funeral her husband got into and argument with me leaving my home and getting himself a lawyer. He is in the process of taking me to court for things my mother had left to me before she had died. Yes taking his so called step daughter to court for everything my mother gave me. He is making me the bad guy in all of this and ignoring the fact i lost my mother. I am also being criminalized by the people who have her house storage due to the fact that her step father no longer is paying the bill Resulting in me either having to pay off there debts or lose every part of my childhood and adulthood i had with my mother. Along with having to get my own lawyer to fight his ridiculous claims.

What i am asking is help from you to me be the best adult i can be. Working full time at Starbucks can only get me so far and all these extra bills on top of my own means i will never see the inside of a classroom again to make my mother proud. This year will be an unforgettable year for me and many people around me and with your help to make me settle these ridiculous claims and fees slowly go away will make my mouring for my loving mother that much easier. Thank you for your time. ~Charley

Some info about my mother and I.
Lynda was a 54 year old italian mother who loved family and freinds and loved to cook. I learned all my amazing tricks from her. I was her only daughter and she brought me up kind and loving just like she was. There is always a plate for you at her diner table no matter the day or the time. She created her own concoctions from the food network and loved watching the justice channel. Cold case files getting solved were her favorite.
