Many of this year's HBCU tour students have never left the immediate vicinity of their homes and school; so to have a small group witness Higher Education first hand is priceless. Pursuing a college degree involves taking bold steps toward bridging education and employment.
It's not too late for you to assist a student with the first step. Please donate to the Artis Yancey Historically Black Colleges and Universities Tour. No amount is too big or too small!
This HBCU Tour Experience consists of a bus trip taken during spring break that will visit several historically black colleges and universities and the tour will consist of students ranging from the 9th through 12th grades.
In addition to visiting the colleges and universities, the tour includes visits to locations that offer a rich educational and cultural tour experience for the students. Our students and chaperones are excited and ready to experience a variety of academic opportunities; as well as learning the many benefits of attending institutions of higher learning.
Your donation will encourage the students to enthusiastically pursue their life’s goals through education, by giving them the opportunity to experience first-hand a variety of colleges and universities.
