This fundraising page is collecting donations to send our entire team to compete at the 2016 Synchronized Skating Midwestern Sectionals held in January 2016 in Portland, OR.
The Wisconsin Edge Masters Synchronized Skating Team is a group of skaters in the Milwaukee area ranging in age from 26 to 50+! We represent and are members of the Wisconsin Figure Skating Club.
The WI Edge participates in ISI and USFSA sanctioned events and competitions. The team (previously called the Eble Elite Edgers/Masters) earned a Bronze medal at the USFSA Midwestern Sectionals and placed 10th at the Synchronized Skating Nationals Competition in Colorado Springs, CO on March 1, 2014.
Each skater on our team will need at least $1000.00 to participate, so any donation, no matter the size, is greatly appreciated. We need to raise minimally, $600 per skater to make this dream a reality!
Competition fees, costumes, ice time, air fare, hotel and coaching fees are just some of the costs. We are planning bake sales, wine tastings and more to help raise money for expenses. Every little bit helps!
Note: All donations to the team are tax deductible. The Wisconsin Figure Skating Club is a non-profit 501 (c)3 organization.
