Help Richard's Young Family in the Wake of his Death
We are so very sad to report that one of our Saints families has lost a loved one. Melissa & Nate Pops (of Tiny Mites) son-in-law, Richard Watkins was killed last night while on his way to a family get together.
Melissa, her daughter Malia (who has two daughters with Richard and is expecting their first son in the next couple months) and their entire family is devastated. Malia and Richards, daughter is one of our Mascot cheerleaders, and you have probably seen Richard on the field, as he was a great supporter of his daughter and the entire cheer team and Saints organization.
We as a Saints Organization and Family are hoping to help raise funds to support his funeral costs and to help his young family to pay bills and other costs that she will incur without him.
We highly encourage each and every person to imagine how a death in their immediate family would affect them and their financial situation and sincerely consider a donation. Even $5 can help to ease the difficulties they are sure to go through.
The San Jose Saints stick together through thick and thin and can be counted on to help each other when needed. We thank you in advance for any help you can lend!
