On June 13, 2013, I was diagnosed with Stage 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma...Breast Cancer. Since that day, my life has turned into a series of treatments and surgeries with pauses to live.
Unfortunately, a routine PET Scan in July 2014 revealed that my disease has spread and I am now Stage 4 TNBC (Triple Negative Breast Cancer). Within 4 months of my last scan in March, I went from disease free to metastatic. If I do nothing, I will have 6 - 8 months of life remaining.
I have the love and support of wonderful friends and family, but being a single individual while striving to return to health has been financially debilitating. Therefore, I am starting this GoFundMe page to assist in my medical and daily expenses as I am unable to work and will be on treatments for the rest of my life unless a miracle occurs. I'm setting my intention for a "Radical Remission" but until that time, I am grateful for any amount that you can contribute.
