Send VRHS Debate Students to State!

My Friends & Esteemed Colleagues:
As you may or may not know, our daughter Alexandria and a few other students have successfully competed and won the honor of representing Vista Ridge High School and the Debate/Public Speaking department at the TFA State Tournament in El Paso on March 4th – 8th.
While the department has enough funds to cover the cost of student entry fees, we are lacking funds for student hotel costs. This is an experience that is something that will not only stay with them through their life but will also shape their future.
We have students that will not be able to compete if we are unable to raise the funds. We are not allowed to do any “fundraising”…we are however allowed to accept donations.
We need to raise $1000 for this department…to allow these students to attend and compete at this State Meet.
I am asking for any donations – large or small – all amounts help, that you find in your heart to put towards this amazing opportunity for the students that are our future.
