Study Abroad Trip to Scotland

Hey, my name is Tiffany and I am proud to attend Flagler College. I'm currently a Junior in my second year of college and I'm studying International Relations and Law. I've worked very hard to ensure that my parents and I don't end up with more debt by applying and earning various scholarships to pay for my tuition (as well as work studies and summer jobs).
Part of earning my major is to go abroad and I've set up an Independent Study Abroad to Scotland for this Spring Semester of 2015.
I'm lucky enough that the majority of the costs (roughly over $10,000) have been covered by my scholarships, however I still roughly need $10,000 to cover the remaining before October 15th.
I've already applied to many scholarships and will still be applying to as many available before (and after) that deadline. Also, I will be working two jobs (one of which will be covering my current tuition) to try and cover, at least, a thousand or two.
I am putting myself through college independently, that's why any generous donations would be apprecaited even if they help cover a fraction of these costs. I understand that $9,500 is a steep price to start with (5% is taken by the website), but this amount would allow me to study abroad and, even more importantly, get my diploma and graduate in a timely fashion. As I mentioned before, this is my second year of college. Originally I planned to finish college by this next December (so I'd complete four years in a span of 2.5 years), but now I have, at least, another year before graduating early.
I enjoy college, it's amazing, but the costs are expensive and I'm paying for all of this on my own. I want to do right and get ahead so I can give back to my mom who has struggled for over twelve years as a single mother caring for me and herself.
I'm hoping that one day, after finishing my Law degree, that I may be in position to help make a difference to any parents going through these same type of struggles.
I learned from her experience that it's important to give back to the community, so just as they've helped her, I want to do the same. I volunteer regularly, but with this education and expeirence, I hope to reach a point where I can give back more than just my hours of labor to the community. Hopefully, one day, I can give back the same oppurtunity that I've been lucky to have.
