The story follows the journey of a woman and a dog on board a 30' sailboat singlehanding down the coast of California.
Volume One, Issue One - Dock Dorks is IN PRINT. You can get one to hold in your hot little hands. I am looking for support to continue the series: Volume One, Issue II - The Berkeley Bubble. I would like to make it available before Christmas.
I am way behind on producing the cartoons for the series because I have been busy living them. Continued adventures will be depicted in The Delta Dingo, Hairy Scuppers, Avalon, and Fuzzy Rudder. I am currently living Fuzzy Rudder RIGHT NOW.
I need one solid month of doing nothing but drawing and layout to make The Berkeley Bubble ready for print.
How the DocuComic gets printed: I am in a referral program with my printing company, which allows me to print a high quality book in color. For every new person I refer, I get a portion of the comic book printing costs paid. The referred person gets $40 off their first order. That equals 500 color business or boat cards. I offer layout services for free. FedEx takes $9.30 for shipping. That's it. Win win for everyone.
