All donations will go to form a new active investor company which will be listed on Aim. All donations will be registered with a representative weighting and you can vote on what issues you want us to take up on your behalf.
How can I make money out of this?
First, you can have a voice the BOD can not ignore.
We will give dividends. Reformed companies will save money. Cost cutting excercises and pay reviews will cut costs and ensure value for money. This value will be returned to OUR investors in turn through increased value of holdings and return capital as dividends.
What will make us differant to any other company?
Most important, this new company is here to give you a voice against the directors of companies, bankers, goverment, whom ever you desire.
1) We will enshrine in the company that we will hold the majority of shares for the casting vote at all time. To ensure that YOUR desires can not be corrupted.
2) A contactable 9-5 virtual office with someone able to respond promptly and hopefully address your issue. No wasteful real offices unless absolutly requred and still they will be minimal to ensure value.
3) Investments will be checked by random external accountants to see if the company is corrupt / wasteful and needs change if required. YOU CAN CHOOSE WHICH WE USE!
