CHICAGO, IL

In the early morning of June 10, 2012, our dear friends Melissa Franke and Bill Stern lost their apartment and faithful dog-friend Charlie to a fire.

The good news is that you can help them out! The Frankenstern Fund has been created for those that want to give money to help them get a new apartment, buy the things they need to replace, pay bills, etc.

You can also attend the fundraising event being held by Bill's buddies from K.C. Redheart at The Playground Theater, Tuesday, June 19, 2012 at 8pm-11:30pm.

There's obviously no obligation to donate money. Other ways you can help: providing them with a meal, gathering household items for when they get settled in a new apartment, hugs, emails and any pictures you may have of them to replace the ones they've lost.
