Toni Diem is a remarkable woman, mother, and wife.
It has been a long, exhausting battle for Toni since 2007. She has fought valiantly, and there were times we thought she may be able to beat the beast away. She was told on the onset that the average survival time was two to two-and-a-half years and she has fought to give us so much more than that.
She has battled long and hard and has done so with smiles, laughter and much love. We had such hope that with her spirit she could vanquish this evil monster.
Two years ago the cancer found its way into her lungs and the tides began to turn.
Now, after countless treatments that have failed to produce any results, our dear, sweet friend, mother, and wife is short on options, short on time.
