TAP INTO BECOMING #GAMECHANGERS
We are the Beaches Resorts Teen Advisory Panel or TAP as we’re more commonly referred and we encourage you to join our #GameChanger Challenge! We are a group of 12 teenagers from the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom who were hand-picked by Beaches Luxury Included® Resorts for families to be the ears and eyes for the brand and to make suggestions on ways Beaches Resorts, in Jamaica and Turks & Caicos, can be the best family vacation ever.
Apart from our duties for Beaches Resorts, we have also fallen in love with the Sandals Foundation, the non - profit arm of Sandals Resorts International which funds sustainable programs in the areas of education, community and environment which improve people’s lives and preserve our natural surroundings
Now this is where you come in....
The Sandals Foundation and Wade’s World Foundation, three-time NBA Champion Dwyane Wade’s charitable organization, have joined forces to raise funds for Game Changer, an integrated sports program to benefit youth in underserved communities in South Florida and the Caribbean. Together, we want to support the work of these two non-profits so that youth across the Caribbean can have access to recreational programs that provide opportunities for them to reach their fullest potential.
All monies raised from our TAP into #GameChangers challenge will give underprivileged tweens and teens like us access to planned sports, recreation, a healthy lifestyle and family engagement. Game Changer will also provide for the upgrading and refurbishing of multi-purpose sports courts in the as well as afternoon training and coaching sessions, sports equipment and apparel and mentoring.
YOUR DONATION CAN HELP CHANGE THE GAME!
$10 –Transports a child to partake in the program for one week.
$20 – Provides a child with a life-skills session.
$50 – Gives a child the gift of a sports uniform and sneakers.
$100 – Feeds a child with a healthy meal daily for an entire month.
$500 – Equips one multi-purpose sports court with supplies for a whole year.
$1,600 – Gives a gift of a 2-week summer camp program for 100 children.
Please help us to raise money for a cause very near and dear to our hearts. We all have a sport we love, so let’s do our part to make sure those less fortunate across the Caribbean can too!
