St Augustine's Scholarship Endowment

St Augustine's Homeschool Enrichment Program is a homeschooling program in Toledo, Ohio which seeks to assist Catholic families in teaching their children at home. By offering a classical education and a community of faithful Catholic families, children are enriched in the classroom by experienced tutors who offer an indepth study of particular subjects including Math, Science, Philosophy, Music, History, American Constitutional Studies, Literature, Latin, Greek, Grammar and Composition and Catholic Theology.

As we begin our third year, many of our families are suffering from a poor economy which has dads out of work or unable to provide the extra funds needed for enrolling in our Program. And some of our families are simply blessed with many children, many of whom are enrolled in the Program, which increases their tuition dramatically! We have struggled to provide a superior education at the lowest cost possible, making it difficult to advertise and grow so that we will have enough funds to help these needy families meet their tuition costs on our own. Our tutors are fabulous and equally as generous as they tutor our children at a cost far below their worth.

Financially assisting students who enroll in St. Augustine's will help ensure the growth of the Program and will continue to allow us to help prepare our students prepare, not only for college, but for life in a world that so needs the light of Christ. Once strengthened in the knowledge and discipline of the Catholic Classical Studies, which your donation will assist them in pursuing, our graduates will be able to bring this Light to the nations.
