Hi Everyone, Well, our long journey in...

Hi Everyone,

Well, our long journey in the creation of my CD is almost over. I'm so excited to tell you that all 10 songs are to be edited, mixed, mastered and off to the CD manufacturer (Discmakers) by next Wednesday May 22nd! Woohoo!

For those of you in the Delaware area, I will be having a CD release party on Sunday June 2nd at Annabella's 1201 Savannah Rd in Lewes, DE. Seating will begin at 5:30pm...and I will be performing at around 6:45pm.
I hope you can join us. There is no charge for the show. Just make sure you arrive hungry! The owners, Mike & Amy Spray, offer amazing food at very low prices. Seating is limited so make sure you reserve your seats ASAP! Call 302-645-1980.

For those of you who donated to this project and can't join us on June 2nd ...don't worry. I will be gathering your physical mailing addresses and shipping your CD's out throughout the month of June.

Wooohoooo!!!!

Just wanted to let all of my "Knopfia" family know that the final mixing and mastering of our upcoming CD....the one YOU have helped make happen, will begin the second week of April!!!! Planning a release party for Sunday June 2nd (which also happens to be my birthday) at Annabella's in Lewes, DE. I'll let you know more very soon!

We are soooo close to completion...

We are soooo close to completion on the new CD. I'm finishing up the background vocals this week with help from 2 amazing ladies: Patty Blee and Geri Smith. The next step will be for my Producer, Jim Salamone, and his team to do the final edits, mixing and mastering and then it's off to Disc Makers to create the CD's! WooHoo!!!!

As a thank you for being so patient...I have set up my www.SolKnopf.com website for today only to allow you to download for FREE my SongU.com award winning song "I Was Born To Love Her" which will be on the new CD. All you have to do is go to www.SolKnopf.com and click on the "Listen" menu. "I Was Born To Love Her" is the first song in the cue. Right under the song you will see the words "Share" and "Download". Just click "Download" and that is it. Feel free to "share" the song as well by clicking the share button. The more people who listen to the song from that specific link... It helps me rise on the Reverbnation charts! Last week I was 50th in the nation in the Singer/Songwriter category. Let's see if we can get to #1!!!

Hi Everyone!

After many years of hard work, I finally have representatives of artists like Tim McGraw, Ronnie Milsap, John Michael Montgomery, Leanne Rimes, Lonestar and many more expressing significant interest in recording my songs. However, moving forward, it's become clear that in order to compete with the best writers in the world I am going to need to record my demos in a more professional way.

The awesome news is Grammy Nominated producer Jim Salamone has agreed to oversee the production of a new CD project that will accomplish this. Jim has worked with top artists like Bon Jovi, Vanessa Williams, Teddy Pendergrass and he uses some of the top studio musicians in our industry....so we're certainly in good hands.

I hope you will consider helping make this happen by pre-purchasing the CD or donating. So far my friends, family and fans have raised over $6,500 to help me pay for this ....but I still need to raise another $2,500.

You can donate in any increment you want: $1....$5....$50...$100....$1,000 whatever you can afford would be a huge help.

Sol, You are almost there and I know that you will be successful. It is a noble creation full of blood sweat and tears but then that is what makes creative people endure Can't wait to hear the final project. I am working on a book and painting and hoping that I can get ready for another show.
