As most of you know by now, Marcos passed away 3 weeks ago to the day - on October 27th, 2016. We will never forget Marcos and everything he has meant to everyone around him and to anyone who's had the pleasure of meeting him.

We are revising the current campaign and changing the goal. Our new goal is to honor Marcos' memory and continue to help out his family who have been through so so much to this point. Life goes on but Ana and the kids still need our love and support. Any little bit helps and even if you can't donate, just a message of support will go a long way towards making Ana and the kids know that they have an army of people around them who love & appreciate them.

If you have ever found yourself in a position where you needed help from those around you, please try to reach deep inside your souls and help this wonderful woman and her beautiful children get through this tough time.

Please donate whatever you can as soon as you can and remember, any amount is greatly appreciated. Help us reach our goal of $100,000. Marcos was one of those people who gave much more than he took. He and his loving wife, were both public school teachers who decided to take on the difficult and noble task of molding our young children into decent people for relatively low wages. He didn't deserve this crippling disease and to pass away so young but he and Ana and the kids do deserve our help.

Now I want to be really clear on this - help in any way you can and you'll be doing a really kind and wonderful thing - a mitzvah as us Jews say. Like I said, even if that's just a friendly note you send Ana and the kids to say hi and give your love and support that'll be more than welcomed. Even if you just share our campaign with your friends. All of that as well as donations is one of the kindest and most thoughtful things you can do. They gave back everyday of their lives as public servants so let's try to continue giving back to them. Bottomline, Ana and her two beautiful, wonderful children - Lenny & Sofia - now need us to give back. Please help.
