Help Save Jack's Life

My name is Jack, I'm very sick and the people who love me are very scared. I'm a friendly, affectionate, happy-go-lucky kind of guy. My days usually revolve around following my mom everywhere she goes, snuggling, and barking at the bunnies in the front yard.



The past couple of weeks I've been to tired to care about the bunnies and to weak to shadow my mom's every move. Eating makes me feel sicker so I refuse to eat even though my mom keeps trying to feed me and looks sad when I don't.



The doctor did lots and lots of tests. At first they couldn't find what was wrong. All the tests said I was perfectly healthy. Yesterday they finally found the problem; a tumor in my small intestine. It's not that big but it's making me bleed inside and it's the reason I throw up everything I eat.


If I don't get an operation soon I'll die. My doctor said getting rid of the tumor will fix all my problems; that once I recover from the surgery I'll be as good as new.


My mom spent a ton of money trying to figure out what was wrong with me but now there is nothing left and the surgery is super expensive. I know she's trying as hard as she can to scrape together enough for the operation but that takes time and I don't have much left.
