Save Twiggy Surgery Fund

This is our baby Twiggy. Twiggy had a horrible start at life. We found Twiggy as a starving, beaten, over bred, mite infested stray with horrible tooth and jaw decay on 09/20/13. She was scared and running the streets all alone. It was love at 1st sight. We took her in, fed, bathed and vetted her. Most importantly, we loved her. For the 1st time in her life, she was truly loved. She loved and trusted us right back. However, Twiggy's life is in danger yet again. On 5/4/15 Twiggy jumped off of the couch and hit her face on the floor, knocking out 2 molars and breaking her jaw. We were told by a vets office that not much could be done and we should "put her down".. Sorry, no can do. Twiggy wanted to live just as much as we wanted her to. So we set out to find a miracle, a savior. WE FOUND ONE!!! Dr. Jan Bellows of Hometown Animal Hospital. As I type this, Twiggy is under going surgery to remove her entire bottom jaw. She is a tough little 3.5 lbs cookie so we know she will make it out of the surgrey just fine. However, saving Twiggy's life has come at a high price.
