WHEELING, WV Education & Learning

On August 30th I received an email from the Wheeling-Ohio County Health Administrator that Ryleigh could not return to school. Her 4th DTaP was given at 2.5 years instead of 4 years old. They are saying that she would need a 5th DTaP booster to stay in school. Only 4 are required if you get the 4th dose after 4 years old. She is still fully protected until 2015 with the booster that she received, but they refuse to recognize that fact. We need to hire a lawyer to fight this and get her back into school.

Nothing gets posted to your wall. Only your Facebook name & photo are used.

Why can't you just sign a personal beliefs exemption? And most school districts provide legal representation to all students free of charge. Contact your districe office.

Why did the dr. give her so many so fast...it is not scheduled like that. I think that maybe she should see about suing the dr.
