Rhode Runner Red Shoe Run - Alabama

I would love to run in the Red Shoe Run 5k in Birmingham, Alabama on January 23, 2016. It is for a very good cause - The Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama (RMHCA). Their mission to keep families close. Each night 41 families who have traveled to Birmingham for pediatric care are able to stay together in an affordable, comfortable and safe place just minutes from their child's bedside. RMHCA takes away some of the financial stress and allows parents to focus on what's most important-- their child's health.
