Service Trip to Ethiopia

I have a passion for missions and reaching out "to the ends of the earth." It is now my senior year at Evangel University and I am being privileged with an opportunity to go Africa and spread the love of God.
From February 27th to March 9th of 2015, I will be going with a team of around 6 people on a service trip to the country of Ethiopia, specifically in Korah.
In the city of Korah, which is on the outskirts of Addis Ababa and is part of one of the largest and most densely populated sub-cities. Korah is home to the most marginalized and vulnerable members of Ethiopia's population. In all of Ethiopia, 89% of the people live on under $2 a day, and 46% of people live on under $1 a day.
We want to reach out to the women and children struggling in Korah, to give them hope and show them God’s love. We will be aiding women in the 10x10 life skills program and working with the “out of ashes” school sponsorship program.
While there we will be working with an organization called iPourLife: www.ipourlife.org
