Rock the Spectrum will be a daycare/center for children with Autism in Las Vegas, Nevada. Together Karen and I hope to help many families and children affected with Autism.
We are at the beginning stages of everything and need some help. Funds are hard to come by at times and we have turned to you guys for help. Any contribution would be AWESOME!! This will help us find a location and get up and running!
Once up and running we will not only be a daycare, but a complete resource center for parents and families inlcuding advocacy and intervention services among other things.
I have over 5 years of experience in working with children with Autism. Currently I work for the Clark County School District as an Autism Specialist and for a private ABA company.
Karen has over 30 years of experience in education. She currently works for the Clark County School District. Prior she was a director at a private behavior school in Maryland and Education/Advocacy consultant.
Many families struggle with finding services or help for them and their children, we want to stop that. NO family should have to struggle to find help for their child.
