A FIGHT FOR JUSTICE
Please help a pro se litigant acquire the tools needed to fight her case in Federal Court!

I am a plaintiff in a case in which I will attempt to prove that defendants acting on behalf of the Department of Child Services violated my constitutional rights.  As my own lawyer, I am expected to perform at the same level as seasoned lawyers.

WHY I NEED YOUR HELP
Currently, my family and I are transitioning from a housing program for homeless families.  From the start of this case, we were a family that was considered homeless.  Now, I have secured employment, but I find myself battling poverty as I attempt to fund this case and support my four children.  I envision fighting this case at an even playing level, but with such a restricted amount of income, I am having a hard time paying for things as simple as postage.  With your help, I will have an easier time procuring the funds needed to not only attain resources required for trial, but your support could also greatly ease the financial burden placed on me as a single mom fighting for justice.  As the trial date is rapidly advancing, the sooner you decide to help the better!
