" "Hi! I'm Bradley. I was born in February 3 months early. I weighed less than 2 pounds. I also have a congenital heart defect that requires multiple heart surgeries to fix. I've had growth restriction, one heart surgery, 2 abdominal surgeries, seizures, 5 times on a ventilator, and I've been in the hospital for the past 5 months since I was born. I still need open heart surgery to fix my heart. Will you please help me so my mommy can take care of me until I'm better?"
