HELP US HELP OTHERS!

John Recar and his sister, Sherry Idoux, have started a unique gift store called Outside The Box. We specialize in inventory that gives back to help others. We buy a variety of local goods (including adorable hand made items created by our Mom), charity driven items and a unique collection of Fair Trade items that help others all over the world. We started our store about a year ago and have been funding it from personal savings all along the way. We have been getting tremendous feedback from our customers supporting our charitable ideas, however, we haven't yet gotten the customer flow necessary for the store to fully sustain itself. So here we are, trying to get a little help to keep our dream alive. Someone suggested this website to us and we thought why not? We would like to purchase an additional sign for the side of our building and start an advertising campaign to help get the word out. The sign alone is $6500 and effective advertising is an ongoing expense. We remain committed to helping others by sourcing our inventory through a variety of companies with products made in the USA, or donate a portion of their proceeds to a charity. Several create products with recycled materials and others purchase products from impoverished countries which literally change lives. We have exciting plans for the future and are asking for your support to keep us in the game! If we can get 2,000 people to pledge just $5.00 we can reach our goals and continue to provide a fun, unique store for many, many years!
