Oscar's Emergency Care

Hello!

My name is Oscar, and i'm a Pitt Bull. :)


We aren't sure how old I am because my mom rescued me from a kill-shelter the day before my time was set to run out! I'm pretty sure i'm about 2-3 years old though!

I love my mom very much! So much that I tend to get scared when she leaves. A few nights ago I was so scared that I tore down the blinds in my bedroom window, opened it, and jumped out to go find her!

Unfortunately along the way I think I got hit by a car. :(


I'm in the hospital now. I have tubes in my nose to give me oxygen, a big cast on my hind leg that has been shattered.


They say I have a collapsed lung and severely bruised lung tissue, amongst a long list of other bad things. Right now i'm still in critical condition, but i've been moved from the emergency hospital to a specialist, so hopefully I will get better soon!


I've heard my hospital bills to get me better might reach $15 000. My mom works very hard, but I don't know if she can afford it. (Even though she's going to - even if it means a bank loan or a bunch of cupcake sales!)

Can you help her help me get better so I can come home for snuggles?
