Please help Moet (and other pets) by getting us a much needed MRI machine in Oman.
2 years ago, Moet had a bad fall, which left her with spinal injuries and also a few other problems, which cannot be identified - without an MRI.
Moet has been through a lot in her short life, having been left to die in a pet shop cage for a whole year, before she was rescued and adopted to a mum who adores her. Without this equipment, we are simply 'managing' her symptoms and not treating the cause. She is only 3 and has so much to give in terms of love, happiness and support to others - every day.
Our local vets continue to help Moet and make sure she is as happy and healthy as possible. However, there are no MRI machines in the whole Middle East region, which means there is nowhere she can easily travel to for this much needed scan.
Our vets does a huge amount of pro bono work helping to save and re-home these lovely strays and those that are abandoned or rescued - just like Moet.
While they are doing cutting edge work, this one piece of equipment is missing, to help diagnose cats, dogs and other small animals that are sick - things that can't be seen on traditional x-rays.
We would like to be able to give our wonderful local vets a gift of diagnosis and healing, which would help save many lives as well as giving Moet the life she deserves.
Although our goal is big, we hope there is enough love out there to help us!
