Introducing Witches Brew!  The new cocktail line created by Nucomme.

Witches Brew was created based upon Nucomme’s experiences spending time and working in many establishments that offered very few to zero choices in beverage selections.

Nucomme's vast background in the hospitality industry, equipped her with the ability to go above and beyond in fulfilling guests’ needs.  On occasion, she would literally run out to grab ingredients on the spot, return, and whip up a delightful beverage specifically designed for her guests’ pallet. Not only was it a great experience for them, but to Nucomme's surprise the next week they came back for more!  Eventually they even began referring to the drink by name. From that moment forward each season a new concoction was born using fresh local ingredients. The concept stuck and has become an essential part of the Witches Brew brand.

Witches Brew is a product that focuses on fresh local ingredient that appeal to people with allergies and dietary restrictions, who want a delicious refreshing     experience in a glass.

Witches Brew is made up of two lines of special beverages and cocktails.  The Good Witch & The Bad Witch.

The Good Witch, is a line of non-alcoholic beverages that will be sold in local stores, festivals, and cafes, made from local seasonal ingredients.

The Bad Witch is a line of special cocktails and infused liquors designed for restaurant, bars, and special events.

The Bad Witch focuses on three overall objectives:

1.     The Bad Witch puts a twist on traditional cocktail recipes.

2.     Serves as a signature cocktail in and of itself.

3.     Lends itself to creating drink menus designed specially for establishments.

The time has come for the next step in the Witches Brew brand.  The current objective for Spring is to raise money to take the brand to the next level.

This summer Witches Brew will be hitting festivals and street fairs in the New York City area while continuing to produce fabulous events for your nightlife enjoyment.

The goal is to get $25 donations from 2,000 people. The total amount will meet the $50,000 goal and Witches Brew will be on the way to blasting off...Of course every small amount that you donate will help get closer to the goal.

  Your donations would help me gather seed money for promotions, production, events, transportation and creating more of the delicious concepts many have come to love.
