Norwalk Dog Park - Norwalk, IA
Donation protected
The City of Norwalk has allocated land along the northern edge of City Park to be used as a much-needed dog park! This is currently an underutilized area of the park that is already fenced in on three sides. A group of citizens have come together to raise the funds necessary to install fencing, benches, and other features in the space and they need your help.
The Norwalk Dog Park Committee is looking to raise $5,000 to pursue a matching Warren County Philanthropic Grant. The money will be used to add a fence on the south side of the designated area, sidewalk up to the park, benches, trash cans, waste bag dispensers, and a water source for our furry family members.
If you have any questions, specific suggestions, or concerns, you may contact the Norwalk Dog Park Committee by calling (515) [phone redacted], emailing [email redacted], or by visiting the group’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/NorwalkDogPark.
