Pirates Football Equipment Fund

North Dublin Pirates are a brand new start up american football team competing in the Irish American Football League (IAFL) based in Swords on the North side of Dublin. American Football is the fastest growing team sport in Ireland with currently 23 teams set to compete in the upcoming 2016 season across 3 leagues. We will be competing in IAFL2 with full kit and full contact.

As with any start ups we currently have no safety equipment for the players (shoulder pads, helmets, soft piece sets etc) and we rely on sponsorship and fundraising to help us to purchase these items so the team can practise and play safely. As a minority sport competing in Ireland, so loyal to its roots and heritage of GAA Football and Hurling,  it is proving an uphill battle to raise the funds necessary to purchase even the most basic training equipment.


All funds raised will be used towards the purchase of:
Shoulder pads
Helmets
Soft Piece sets
Tackle Bags
Down markers
Game Balls
Athletic Tape
First Aid Kit

All donations however big or small will be greatly appreciated. Please help us to achieve our goal and get the North Dublin Pirates equipped and ready to take the field in 2016!!
